The current Bodega is built on a 17,000 m² site, occupying 5,000 m² under roof.
In our modern plant we have stainless steel vats with
capacity for 1.5 million litres, traditional basket presses and
more than 2,000 casks made from French and American oak for ageing the most select wines. The underground cellars with natural stone walls named Don Ponciano and la Gran Cueva (“the Big Cave”) provide the
a unbeatable conditions of temperature and humidity necessary for our winesfor correct ageing and later evolution in the bottle.
In a corner of the
Gran Cueva you will find the
Santuario Vobiscum, a space surrounded by railings which houses a small number of casks made of the best French oak in which the
Signature Wine is aged.
From the garden of year-old olive trees and the wine shop to the underground cellars, the walk through the bodega reveals a multitude of little things which gradually flood your senses with shadows, aromas and unforgettable silences.
