The wealth of cultural treasures in this part of La Rioja makes it essential to follow the Route of the Monasteries.In a radius of about 25 Km there are small and large scattered monasteries, all of them bursting with history:Yuso and Suso, World Heritage sites and cradle of the Castilian language, Santa María la Real in Nájera, Tricio, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Cañas and Valvanera keep within their walls the ancient secrets of a life full of history and great deeds.
